Reviews
All terrier enthusiasts will enjoy this video. I particularly value the
pictures showing how each breed has developed, and changed, over the years.
A tremendous amount of dedicated research, time and energy has turned a
brilliant idea into a valuable and enjoyable way of understanding this complex
group of breeds. ("Dog World" newspaper 30 April 2004)
Mrs Ferelith Somerfield (London UK) - Respected British
all breeds judge ('all rounder'), Board Member of the Kennel Club (UK),
Chairman of 'Dog World' (UK) and because of her life-time as a breeder,
known as the 'grand dame' of Cairn Terriers.
I have viewed it, admired it and fully endorse it's use as a training
tool for judges, fanciers and breeders alike.
Peter Luyten (Ringwood VIC Australia) - world renowned
terrier expert, all-breeds judge and breeder of Champion Fox Terriers under
the 'Rama' prefix.

- Impressive. Unputdownable. And so inventive. The research and knowledge
that have gone into the whole makes it instructive and very interesting.
And we did also so ENJOY watching your work too, for all the marvellous
pictures and the way you used them. The merging of pictures to show
the changes over the years was so effective.
Mary Evans of the 'Mary Evans Picture Library',
London, UK
- I must congratulate you … they (the DVDs) are really stunning!
The camera work, content and narration are all FIRST CLASS!

professional and full of images to delight a terrier lover like me.
Pam Payne, Terranora, NSW, Australia
- The video is fantastic. Anyone who loves terriers (or dogs) would
love this video. I especially enjoyed watching the dogs change from
the early to modern version. There is nowhere else I know of where one
can see that.
Carol Lerner, Walnut Creek California,
USA
- EXCELLENT video ... Congratulations. The development stages of the
breeds is a very good example of how the genetic makeup of a dog can
be varied and changed over the years.
Helen

- Terriers Then and Now is just the best thing ever. If in Terriers
you can not be without this tape - it is a must to own.
Pat de Coning, Johannesburg, South Africa
- I was amazed at just how fantastic it is! It should be required
viewing for all terrier aspiring judges.
Linda
Johnson, Cranbourne Vic, Australia
- I particularly like the activities you show the terriers doing -
these dogs are too often dismissed as stupid, stubborn and untrainable
and the DVD shows that terriers are capable of anything, so long as
they are trained by people who are as smart, tenacious and fearless
as they are!
Dawn Antoniak-Mitchell Esq.
AKC Obedience Judge, Ohama, NE USA
- Your video is very lovely.
Mrs Paulinova,
Klanovice, Prague, Czech Republic
- The terrier tape is great. It looks like something that should be
on Animal Planet (only better). My favourite parts were the sequence
of pictures that showed each breed's historical development. I
thoroughly enjoyed being educated.

- Very, very informative! Excellent job!
Alex Goulak, Calabasas, California, USA
- I thought I'll just sit down with a cuppa tea and watch the terriers for
20 minutes and then finish watching it another day..... what a joke, I got
so wrapped up in it that I couldn't put it away. . . . Thank you for putting
it together, it is both educational and enjoyable.
Maxcine Dixon, Echunga, South Australia
